Video Fix/Add & CCBill Integration Needed ASAP

I'm looking for someone to fix my adult site in terms of video uploading, audio/video chat and CCBill integration ASAP!

I have a goal to launch on April 1st, and I'd like to get this work done within the next few days if possible.
