user activity logging

We have a need to collect detailed information of a user's activities, such as when he/she does something at the site, such as viewing an article, answering an email, posting to a blog, etc. At this moment, we would like to know whether someone has done it before or is capable of adding such extention to boonex. Payment is negotiable.
