Upgrade our site to the newest version of Dolphin 7 w/ these mods
We are looking for someone that can update our current site www.MusicBizCenter.com to the latest version of Dolphin(7) without doing damage to the mods that we currently have in place.
I also need you to install this mod as well (FaceBook connect with the button)

your site is d6 6.1.6 ? if not then you would need to upgrade to 6.1.6 in order to use the migration script with the latest version. Current version is 7.0.9 you might not be aware but none of your modules will work on the latest version, however you should be able to salvage your users and maybe some content.

I also agree. You appear to be running a dolphin 6 site. Upgrading to dolphin 7 while maintaining the mods will not be possible. Best that could be done as prolaznik mentioned would be to migrate the existing users and standard dolphin content.
