Upgrade needed

Had someone working on my site and they messed it up -- I am not a programmer but it looks like they have pieced it back together again using Dolphin 7.0. Some issues I am having:

Mass Mailer is not functional.

Cron jobs not set properly.

Page Builder error: Warning: cannot open

iDev Affiliate admin login not working (though I have reset the password in phpMyAdmin)

Subcategories for Classified ads not working

Admin side of the site is SLOW and if I don't quickly click on Save, and Save again, the pages don't get updated.

Also, on admin side ... sometimes I will update a block of text and the WYSIWYG editor does not display/update my changes. Very frustrating to have to re-do it several times before it "sticks".

htaccess files messed up (I don't know enough about them to know what is wrong but I think they need work.)

There may be more issues I have not come across yet ...

What I need someone to do is the following:

1. Back up the ENTIRE site - data, everything.

2. Upgrade it to the latest version of Dolphin.

3. Make sure that all of the customizations, settings and data I have worked on over the past 2+ years don't get wiped out.

4. Fix any little issues that aren't working (like those mentioned above.)

5. Make sure the site is SECURE.

6. Once everything is 100%, re-backup my site.

I use HostForWeb shared hosting.

I would like this to be all fixed within the next week or two.

I am looking to build a long term relationship with a developer who I can count on to help me when needed and make suggestions for improvements.  I am not a programmer but I understand most of the terminology, etc.
