Transfer of site to VPS and sort out mail sending.

I have a new site, only about 4 members. Some Mods have been installed. I need someone to make sure the VPS has the right plugins, then transfer the site over to it.

I would also like you to sort out how the site sends mail, so that mail doesn't end up in people's spam folders. I want people to get an email if someone leaves a message or comment on their profile.

There will be many other small jobs to do after this, I'm looking for someone efficient with good attention to detail. I am quick with payment and provide good detail in job requirements, usually with screen caps.
