Transfer my Dolphin Database to a new server

Hi,

I recently upgraded to a dedicated server and I need to transfer my Dolphin database to this new server. In the process, I would like to upgrade to the latest Dolphin version as well.

I do not want to lose any users or data during this transfer. I would like to start on this project right away.
