Timeline/Outline and video upload not working in 7.1

Problem: after upgrade from 7.0.9 to 7.1, timeline/outline is not working. Also video upload are not working properly. After upload, the setting dropdown does not show up to set title and other descriptions. Sometimes getting: Video upload failed, video error message. Have not tested sound upload yet.

Most probably 0.5 - 1 day is required to fix Timeline/Outline. And 1 - 1.5 to fix all the BUGs with video upload.
