Tiki Bar style template

I have a website My Tiki Bar that I need a tiki style template. I am NOT good at layouts and color matching, I can code like no tomorrow tho.

My web site defaults to 1200 but has a max of 1600 wide.

I would like a quote on bright accents and borders, but need a subdued background as it should be designed like a tiki bar where the surroundings are dark.

My idea is to have the left and right side, either totem poles, or an island scene, may be with a volcano erupting and the lava running down the side (on the left).

The logo up top, I would REALLY love to see a beach scene (clip art, not actual picture), with the site logo in the middle. perhaps a bar off to the right and maybe some hulu girls on the left?

  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, and quote me.

I MAY need to go with 2 if I like the 1st one, as I'd like a retro tiki design sometime in the future, but for now, I'd like it more modern.

Go easy on me, as I am doing this out of pocket for the moment.
