Template and Splash pages

Need a custom template and splash page with a landscaping/outdoor yardwork theme.  The splash pages will be trying to get 2 types of customers to sign up (workers and people looking for workers).  The website the theme and splash page is for is Yardworkerz.com.  I need mockups first so revisions can be done and the correct content put on the splash pages.  The logo is attached to see the color scheme to base the template and splash pages on.  Other colors can be added that match and look good and professional.
