Tag/Mention Member In Wall Post

I am looking to have this feature intergrated into my site.

I am using the IBDW spywall.

I would like to add a feature wherein when making a wall post you can mention another members name which will send a notification to that other member that they have been mentioned and creates a link in the post to that members profile. You should be able to mention a number of different members at once.

I would also like this ability to be done in comments and in the Title of the Groups module. If possible anywhere in the site you can type text even. But not a neccesity.
