Sync member dolphin stores with their ebay store fixed listings
I have a website, www.mystampworld.net, an online stamp community for philatelists with a custom store extension that manages and sells real products.
I need a modification for member stores to sync with their eBay listings, using the eBay API. Here are the basic requirements:
1) Each member would need to enter the following on a new eBay settings page (shows example data) :

2) A cron job to call the eBay API every 30 minutes and:
- adds members' new eBay store fixed listings to their mystampworld store (duplicates with matching titles to be ignored)
- converts listing prices from eBay store currency to USD on mystampworld stores, rounded to nearest .05 (5 cents).
- listing images up to 800x800px need to be copied to my server
- applies any changed listings from the members' eBay store to their mystampworld store.
