Story archive and posting site needs dolphin expert for tweaking

Adult story site, along the lines of literotica.com and lushstories.com, needs someone VERY familiar and capable with dolphin to tweak profiles, make interface changes etc.  Software is already installed, site is going live as is within the next few days but there will be ongoing work making small improvements on the site over the next few months to make every page perfect, very simple to navigate, easy to read etc.

I need someone who doesn't require handholding, with good common sense who can get from A to Z without being told how to take every step in between.
