sms verification

i want to integrate a sms verification on my boonex 7.1.4. i found a script on ringcaptcha.com but my english and programming knowledge are not enough. it is also ok, when a other sms verification script is used, but the sms price should not to expensive. my site is for usere from germany, switzerland, austria and liechtenstein. i search someone, that can install the sms verification script, that works on the user registration, so, that user cant join the site without verification
