Site backup, security & domain transfer assistance [CLOSED]

I have a Dolphin site (v. 7.1.3.) that is almost ready for launch (so far it has only been used for configuration & testing). It is hosted on a dedicated CentOS server from Zarconia with a Plesk control panel. I am completely new to server management and so I’m looking for someone to help me in 3 areas:

TASK 1: TAINING - SHOW ME HOW TO BACK-UP MY SITE

Apart from the Raid drives on the server I am not currently running any backups. I’d like training on how to backup my site on regular basis and also on how to transfer the backup file to a HDD. (We can run the training session via a Skype or Join.me screen share or similar).

TASK 2: TRAINING - SHOW ME HOW TO MAINTAIN SECURE SERVER ACCESS

I want to understand how to change the access information for my server so that I can periodically update passwords etc to ensure my server remains secure. For example, an ftp account was setup for third party module developers to use to install some Dolphin modules, I’d like to understand how I can change the login details once they are finished to maintain security.

TASK 3: MOVE MY SITE TO A NEW DOMAIN

Before we launch the site I want to transfer it (and the licence) to a new domain. Both domains (current and future) are registered and managed through GoDaddy.
