Sick Custom Business Module

So i need a custom business module, which is kind of like Modzzz's business listings, but different in many way. So let me get started. This module should appear after the user logins after the first time. It should pop up a promo box with an uneditable combo box that should include 5 feilds. These feilds are "Create a business, Manage a Business, Submit a Project, Invest, Find a Job".

Now as the Business Listings modules has its "Home" page followed by "top rated" and "recent". This module will have the same, but it will have only . They are "Create a Business, My Business, Project, Project Listings".

Now whatever the user picks from the initial promo box is going to link them to the coordinating page. And each of these pages is going to include different content to help the user.

Create a Business: This is going to include a step by step guide to help the user create his or her own business. Total its going to 9 steps. Steps I will provide to the developer.

My Business: This is going to list the users business and is going to separated into 2 sections profile and account. Profile will include info that everyone is going to see, such as "info, logo, products and services, contact details, etc." And account will include sections for "marketing, budget, employees, products, sales, etc."

Project: This section is going to be for submitting incomplete businesses, You draw up you full business plan and other plans, and you can choose to keep that info private. And then include a general summary of your project will be able to be seen on the "project listings" section to find some sort of person to help you in developing your business.

Project Listings: This section is going to be pretty much for investors or anyone that wants to find investment opportunities, or help contribute to help someone start up their project. Its going to include a list of all projects by title, and once title is clicked then its going to link to that projects general summary. By the projects title it should include a "invest" and "Contact" button, so people can contact the project owner.

I am looking for someone who can put this together and just make it work, it should include all Ive said so far.
