shared calendar needed

Need a shared calendar for Dolphin,

something like google calendar but with dolphin permissions and access control.

Needs to have

ability to create new calender within a page block

must be able to post multiple content into each days entry (think iphone calender, google calender etc)

Must work in a responsive template

must be able to allow calendar owner to set other users as admins so thay can add / edit / delete content

must work fully with D categories, permissions, membership levels etc.
