Setup Facebook Connect for Desktop and Mobile

I am looking for somebody that can setup so my new site can use facebook connect.  In another words people can use their facebook account to connect to gevpwr dolphin site.  also I want people to be able to connect from their iphone or android device.  they can download the app from the sites download section which is there now.  they should be able to use facebook connect from the smartphone too.

ps you need to also go to my facebook and do all the necessary setup there as well.  If you get this up and running then we can talk about getting my dedicated mobile downloads setup too as we own premium dolphin account.
