Setup 2 Orca Forums

I am looking for someone to help setup 2 Orca forums.

On forum one all members of my site become members when they join

On forum two members who want to join must read the rules of joining, then apply (could be even by email), then I approve and they can access the forum

Both are hidden from guests

Will need to be under 2 categories of forums as I will later be adding more forums to each category. Forum 1 is under "Bots" forum 2 is under "Clans"

This is basic setup and I will move all topics myself from old SMF forums over to them
