Seeking experienced Dolphin module developer

It seems a lot of the well known Dolphin module designers are a bit too busy to take on independent work. I am seeking someone experienced with Dolphin with a portfolio or available references to do several custom modules for our Dolphin site compatible with D7.09/D7.1.
