Search Modifications

Hello,

I am looking for the following modifications to be carried out:

In the Quick Search and People Search forms, on the Country drop down list, create an option to search all countries.

In the search field for Gender/Sex allow this to be blank in order to search for male or female members.  This is in addition to the standard functionality of searching for either males or females.
