SCVNGR Mod Created

I am interested in having someone create mod for my site that operates the same way SCVNGR does. I think what would be cool is if the SCVNGR features could be incorporated in to a mod like MODZZ Location Mod.  I hope I'm  explaining this well enough not much of a tech chick.
