RMS Setup and Configuration

We have attempted to setup and configure the required RMS settings and features for the video comments and other video java apps to work. We need the assistance of someone that has set this up before to assist us with finishing the configruations and setups required. We have already installed TomCat and followed the instructions here: http://www.cpanelblog.in/install-rmsray-media-server-server-64-bit-linux-machine

So far we have made it to the point to where the video comments will not give a connection error but it will just spin trying to connect but will never actually connect. Looking to get this done asap. 

We are running the following server configuration: CentOS 6 64bit Reseller (cPanel/WHM CP)
