REINSTALL 4 PERMANATE ,AN 3 MOBILE APPS?

i am not computer programmer .i have purchased 4 license.i have had trouble with error codes  an im not skilled enough to have the patience for php, i have hired programmers in the past that have not met the needs of my boonex powered project .i am in the usa an i have a very good plan for my boonex powered websites businesses ,but i lack a team , or a non shady spank me an run programmer for that matter, i would like to find a programmer thats hopefully has a legit office or one i can get ahold of on the phone for that matter .is there any real programmers that want to help me complete my project?
