Recruitment/profile site needed - can anyone help?

My family has a small recruitment business. I want to be able to make the software look like a recruitment type site where our clients (schools)  can log in and view the detailed profiles of our candidates (teachers) so they can easily see who is on our books and  request them if they like the look of them.

As much online functionality as possible would be useful (client availability calendar, book online, hide profile if unavailable etc ) however a basic profile site would work for now to get started. Im looking to do it fairly quickly and as inexpensively as possible.
