Rating System

Ok I am after a rating system change! Instead of the stars I would like a Talent Meter dial/clock image so you would get 0 to 10 and coloured coded bronze 0 to 4 silver 4 to 7 and gold 7 to 10. Or something like this. The reason for this change is that my site is for singing talent. I do have a budget in mind but any offers would be welcome. This would be required for the music/video and pictures many thanks! If the new voting system is to remain in the same php block area then I would like the favorites removing and view counter icon and position relocating too :)
