Profile photo slideshow in 7.1

On 7.1, I want photo slideshow for every user's profile. User can put the slideshow photos in one dedicated album. If there is no photo in this album, this area on profile will be hidden. Users have a choice to hide this slideshow any time without deleting all the photos. Users should be able to control the speed (display time) of the slideshow.

Requirement:
You should have your own server to work on this development and then send me the files (I cannot give ftp access to develop this on my live site)
