Photo Sharing

Hi, 

I have a boonex license... and its already installed. Now I want someone to configure it to be like photosharing site. 

I want my latest blog post to be on first page.. and latest pictures.. on the page.. plus diff groups.. I would also like to run photo contests.. I want to run this site as a free site.. so no membership levels.. later I would like to develop mobile app..
