Photo editing module

I want a mod that will allow users to take a picture from their webcam and edit it.  I want users to be able to add effects and text, color and so forth.  I want this module to be similiar to the software on this page: http://www.webcammax.com/

I want this mod to have it's own page in the menu bar.  I want members to be able to save the pics to my website, as well as facebook and flickr.
