Phone app development

Hello all,

I'm looking for someone that can help me out with phone app development.  I would l like to be able to take pictures, tag pictures with people and link back to my dolphin site, and share with other social networks like facebook and Google+.  I would also like to be able to mirror the basic features of my Dolphin site on the phone app.  Any help would be appreciated.
