new registrations email Verification

Hello I have spent time looking though mods but can’t find what I am looking for and was wondering if you can help? What I am looking for is what and where to edit in the php
1.    I need all new registrations email Verification emails to be sent to one email address dannt@danny.com and not to the member as I will be forwarding to another authentication system
2.    I have added a new block witch members put their telephone number in I would like that number to be added to their signup authentication emails witch are forwarded to email danny@danny.com
3.    I would like the users telephone number to be hidden from all members as standard unless unchecked on sign up.
4.    I would like a box that users can click to request telephone number swap a bit like get E-mail button but user must accept before details are swapped


Is it possible to call you on skype, google talk, or  telephone to discuss this? And the cost Please let me no either way thank you
