New Site Build

Looking for someone to build me a dolphin site, ive uploaded it many times over the years but just dont have the time this time around. I'm not needing anything to flash just the basics with a few installed mods and a nice home page. Im in Australia so the currency will be more for me im not interested in paying some ridicules  amount as i said ive done it before and know whats involved, its been a couple of years though and now don't have the time.
