Needed: service for tuning up, modules installation/custom programming, phpBB integration

Our organization's website needs tuning up. We're looking for someone who can

- tune up/make custom alterations in the Dolphin core (hide certain functionalities)

- install modules 

- create modules that meet our needs (ie. custom search)

- integrate phpBB forum to replace the Orca forum

and if possible:

- be our web designer for a longer period of time (not required)

- run the site on your server (not required, we have our server)
