Need to Add Columns to Profile Fields

I would like to have columns added to the profile fields on the Browse page. For example, I'd like to have all the Religions, Ethnic Types, Hair Colors, etc. all lined up in columns in their respective field boxes. I have a picture to show what I would like to have done, and will pay to have it done. Thanks.
