Need help with my Social Sign in and Google Adsense banners

I have tried to get this fixed after installation but this guy claims I gave him a bad review! I didn't know I was sending a review I thought it was to questions only and it was not even that bad! SO, after countless emails and hrs trying to make a meands with this guy he still states I'm rude! WOW! Can someone please help me fix this mod http://www.boonex.com/m/RPX_Login

I'm also having issues trying to get the banners from going into my site, see my site at TreasureFinderMD.com the rt & lf banners.
