need help with a few things on dolphon 709

There are a few things messed up on my D709. most of which i assume is mysql settings.

here goes:

1:simple messenger refuses to work

2:chat (video/sound) messenger refuses to work

3:fans refuses to show up as a button (no idea if it still works)

4:template the menus do not go over flash modules like board and chat. I need them opaque.
