My dating site, Profile Photos To Tiny, need to make larger when you Click

Hi,

I need help with my Website.  When you click on the profiles, The Photos are so tiny.  I need help, when you open a profile the photos should blow up in size not get smaller.

Please look at my site, and give me cost to have photos increase in a nice view able size. They should really Pop when you click on to view the profiles.

Also please give me other suggestions, and recommendations to make my dating site better please.
