Music Mod For Website

I am looking for someone who knows how to build a custom music mod for my website. Mod should be able to allow members to make a profile, upload and sell music, share music through streaming videos and mp3,wav, upload pictures and have music profile. Example of this is the beatz scripts and myspace.com. If you are not located in the U.S.A don't even bother replying  to this job offer.
