Modifications to comments component

I am in need of a developer capable of working with the boonex comments component for some custom modifications. 

These modifications will enhance the commenting ability to make it feel more like a forum discussion. 

Features such as inline photo embed need to be made available, TinyMCE & overall changes to the javascripting for appearance & functionality. 

These changes are being requested for 7.1 & our development site is currently working off the latest SVN.
