Mobile App Deployment

I am in the process of purchasing a license for both iPhone & Android mobile apps. I am in need of someone that is capable of rebranding these applications for me to suit our website. 

Additionally, I need the mobile application to support easy interaction with the forums. This is the most critical piece, and as I understand could be difficult. Please bid accordingly.
