Looking for a partner

I have a fully functional dophin social network site that is a part of a 72 billion dollar market.  Currently i have only 400 members however I am growing daily.  With a developer that shares my vision this site should have 5000 members by the end of the year.  I have been operating this site for 6 months with my current developer.  Please if interested contact me on this site or banker0613@gmail.com.   Your input into this site would be basic support and some customization.  Once again the site is currently live and fuctional.
