Local social network website (in russian)

Hello!

I want to create a local social network using Dolphin (Boonex). I need to install Dolphin, apply and modify template, add some additional functionality. If you are interested I will send the complete requirements specification then we can discuss project in details.

P.S. I need russian speaking developer because we build this social network for russian market and requirements specification is in russian too.
