I want new membership categories:  Real Estate Agents, Escrow/Title, Home Warranty, Home Inspection, Real Estate Finance (In this category I will be the only member and I dont want anyone else to have the option to join that category)

First 50 members are "founding member"  and need them to be labeled that way

I need to be labeled as the "Founder"
