Joining Page

Hi,

I am planning to launch a website which will have kids also as members. So, when some kid (Like below 13 years) want to join/register to the website, I wanted his parent should be as co applicant and he will have the access to the kid account as well all the communication parent should know about it through eMail which he/she adds in Joining page.
