iphone & android setup

Does anyone here know how to compile/configure the android & iphone app to work with my website... i already have the andorid & iphone accounts setup they want to me to upload/install something ...i have neither the time or patience to accomplish the task ..i am waaaaaaaaaaay too busy for it ... i am willing to pay someone a reasonable amount to get this done .... i am basically going with a minimal change to the code ...i only changed the grahics/icons  that's it ...just want to get it upand running asap .... so i can @ least say i have those capabilites ok....
