iOS mobile app EULA integration

I am having the most difficult time getting my app approved by Apple. Now Apple is asking that I have my EULA (End User License Agreement) posted on the actual app. Right now, a new user cannot complete or proceed through the registration process without checking off that they agree to the EULA. 

I need a script or module that will pull the EULA from my site onto the app.

Thank you for your message. The EULA must be available in the app. Additionally, please provide a second demo account so that we can access the flagging feature in the app.
