I need to integrate Dolphin and Opencart user registration

Per Subject, I need an integration work for My site(www.biowe.net), it has two system currently, one dolphin 7.0.9 and another opencart 1.541. The goal is to allow two system share same user account info.

I know there are a lot of dolphine experts here.

Appreciate if someone can take a look and a quote accordingly.
