A basic presentation of how the elc website will interact.
Site description
The site is primarily developed to keep track of all registered members of the ELC programme and the syndicate session people will be participating in.
Every participant is expected to be registered through the website either by themselves or by a front desk person that will make use of basic admin account on the website.
Immediately after the registration, an e-card is sent to the user email and the Basic admin email; this can be printed out by the user for the purpose of checking in during the ELC programme.
HOW THE ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL INTERACT
The ELC online registration is divided into 2 categories; one for “online presence” and the other for “online viewers”
The two type of users:
ONLINE VIEWERS: These are users that have the privilege to watch the live streaming syndicate session programme online. The online viewer can register for two maximum live streaming syndicate session programmes online out of 3 and a minimum of 1. The online viewer can only wash one of the syndicate sessions per time. An attempt to wash the second syndicate session should close the first one.
ONLINE PRESENCE: these are users that want to appear in person at the programme. They are not given the privilege to watch the live streaming syndicate session programme online. They are only allowed to register online and make a printout of their e-card that they can use to check in at the programme venue.
There are a given number of people that should register for each of the three syndicate sessions, once the given number of people that will participate for the given syndicate session is reached, that given session should terminate, not allowing anymore registration, unless the supper admin decides to increase the number of people that is to participate in the session.

2. Take statistical record of the number of people watching a particular syndicate session real-time
3. Delete, create and update user and basic admin section
4. Update web pages
5. Should be able to determine the number of people that participate in each of the online streaming syndicate session.

7. Should be able to activate users and basic admin accounts
8. Can switch users from online presence to online viewer
B. Basic admin

1. Should be able to register new users (online presence only)
2. Should be able to keep track of the total number of users (both online viewers and online presence)already registered

5. Update personal profile
