Hybrid Dolphin App in Phonegap

I want a Hybrid dolphin app which is made in phonegap.

App could be compromised of few basic pages in native code but the whole dolphin website should work in webview except the member menu part should be native. So it will be easy to get notifications on android and IOS.

pages:

1. App loading screen

2. Native Join/Login page which could trigger facebook login action in mobile.

3. Webview1  page where top part is of webview but bottom part is for member menu which should be native so it could trigger push notifications.

4. Webview2 for external links other then dolphin.

webview should support html5 uploader along with html5 player.
