Host Dolphin using Amazon AWS

Hi,

I need someone who can help me setup hosting of my existing Dolphin site using Amazon AWS free tier.

I understand that they have separate SQL and hosting services, and there's some issue with hosting PHP pages.

However I read somewhere that people do host Dolphin there, but I'm not familiar enough with all the administrative tools to do that.
