Header for Email Notifications Sent Through Website

I want a header which matches my header on my site, on my email notifications that are sent to registrants. 

My site is now live right.  I had the work done already but it looks like when the emails come through outlook, the header disappears, but it doesn't give me the option to save the email address/sender to the "safe sender" list so that I may view the images or the header for the emails.  But it also looks like the images aren't there to download anyway

I would like it to have Facebook and Twitter buttons attached to the header still if at all possible.  If not, then at the bottom of the email is fine.  Minus the date and time.

I am still new @ Boonex, so if you can, please respond in Layman's terms please.  Thanks.
